Birth Doula Services.

It started with a birth...

Growing up as the oldest of the family, I had always been super involved with each one of my moms and family members pregnancies. It wasn’t until baby lu came along that I realized I was meant to be in birth work. Baby lu’s birth, changed more than just our lives in the most beautiful way possible but has birthed a passion that has been brewing inside all along.

Doula

What is a doula?

A doula is a professional trained in childbirth, who provides emotional, physical, and educational support to the birthing parent and their partner.

My goals as your doula:

  • create a safe-space for you to express any concerns, fears, or questions when it comes to your pregnancy and birth

  • provide evidence-based information so you as the birthing person can make informed decisions

  • to help open the door when it comes to addressing topics with your health care provider, so the birthing person is able to cover all bases when creating a birth plan

  • Assist in helping prepare you for YOUR best birth, whether that be medicated or unmedicated… vaginal or cesarean on all fours in your home or in a hospital bed… whatever your own individual best birth looks like, I’m excited to be apart of this beautiful journey with you.
