During the fourth trimester, postpartum doulas recognize there is healing and transitioning as the family welcomes their newborn. We are here to provide loving, hands on care. Where mothering the mother and nurturing the whole family is the priority.
Postpartum Doulas Role.
Postpartum doulas ensure the needs of the mother, newborn, and home are being met. We recognize any gaps in the home and do what we can to fill it. We know it is a transition for all members in the family so you can expect partner and sibling support if needed.

Our Services
Overnight Postpartum Support
Available for 10-12 hour shifts.
Investment
Singleton: $35/ hour
Twins: $40/hour
Daytime Postpartum Preparation Class
A 4 hour crash course in the comfort of your own home, personalized and tailored to each family’s unique needs. This will cover newborn care, nursery set up, postpartum recovery, feeding styles, etc. This course focuses on both physical healing and emotional wellness, empowering you with the tools and knowledge you need during this pivotal time.
What You’ll Learn:
Essential postpartum care techniques
Strategies for mental and emotional health
Lactation support and resources
Nutrition tips for recovery and energy
Baby care (feeding positions, swaddling, diaper changing, bottle washing, bathing tips, etc.)
Each family will also receive a Planning for the Postpartum booklet, filled with amazing resources that I’ve spent many hours researching and putting together myself.
To provide comprehensive care, I will be available to answer postpartum questions for up to two weeks after birth, with the option for families to extend support as needed.
